Owner/Personal Trainer
With a passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals, Ben is a dynamic personal trainer. Ben's approach to training is grounded in a deep understanding of how physical activity can transform not just the body, but also the mind and overall well-being.
With multiple certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition, his diverse background allows him to tailor personalised fitness programs that cater to a wide range of clients, from those just starting out to seasoned athletes looking to reach new heights.
Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your athletic performance, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, Ben is here to guide you every step of the way.
Caroline
Studio Manager
Caroline has lived a diverse and varied life so far, using her early international success as a DJ to travel the world and soak up different cultures, experiences and teachings. She now integrates the worlds of Yoga, fitness, sound and music. At the heart of all of all her pursuits is forging a connection with people and contributing to the wellbeing of her community.
Caroline is excited to be managing the new Lifefit space which is proud to be open and inclusive of all people, at different levels of ability. She warmly invites anyone looking to deepen their experience of movement, fitness, sound, and healing, or those eager to try something entirely new.
Will
Personal Trainer
After training as a counsellor and talking therapist, life coach, and PT, with previous careers as a fitness journalist and sports masseuse, and with ongoing training as a yoga teacher and breath work instructor, Will has always been obsessed with how the body moves and works, both as a tool in itself, but also how it provides a home for the human spirit and self.
In an industry that so often focuses on the quick-fix, surface level, facade of 'health', Will's work focuses on the person, not just the body.
